A year after we bought our home, we worked with Mary and Sarah to sell it because of a move back to NY. Some notes on how they operate:

2. Price strategy. They helped us price appropriately to sell the house quickly and at a fair price. In the end, we sold above asking and for exactly what we'd hoped for, which is a good outcome.
3. Negotiation. These women are good at the process. It's an art.
4. Communication. They made a schedule and stuck to it, communicating every step of the way.
5. Lack of stress and drama. Nothing surprised us, and nothing got screwed up.
6. Demeanor. The whole team is friendly and pleasant. 
7. Responsiveness. They were always available to speak with us and follow up on offers and requests. Always. I think Sarah was working from the delivery room after she had her baby. Not really, but almost.

My husband and I are first-time homebuyers, so had a lot of questions and needed extra handholding through the stressful and confusing process.
